Shiraz
This Western Australian Shiraz is full of ripe blueberries and cherries, with great density
of fruit and lovely mocha and spice notes. The fruit flavours on the palate are generous and delicious, and are nicely complemented by the soft and fine tannins.
Tasting Notes
Bright crimson with purple hues. The bouquet displays lifted red berry fruits of mulberry, plum and cherry flavours with a subtle hint of charcuterie with pepper spice and mocha notes. Medium bodied, the juicy upfront palate displays flavours of plum, ripe red berries, cocoa and mocha complexity, star-anise and Indian spices. Subtle French oak flavours provide an extra dimension and length, nicely balanced with fine tannins and soft acidity. A wine to be enjoyed upon release, with the potential to cellar for up to 5 years for greater complexity.
